CME 85

The CME 85 is the workhorse of our fleet. With 20,000 foot-pounds of torque, 48,000 pounds of retract force and 28,000 pounds of down pressure; this rig is capable of auger depth in excess of 300 feet. The CME 85 is heavy-duty all the way. Our CME 85 rigs turn 10 ¼” ID hollow stem augers to depth with ease and can handle auger sizes to 12 ¼” ID, 18 ½” OD. The 10 ¼” ID augers are great for installing 8 5/8” monitoring well conductor casings as well as large diameter wells.
